I downloaded the free app and was very impressed with the filters. ![]() I decided to purchase the full annual subscription and had a couple of days enjoying creating some stunning filter-effected images. Unfortunately it now hangs or crashes 95% of the time when trying to apply a filter. I’ve tried restarting the iPad and I’ve cleared the cache but neither made a difference. The goal in applying a paint coating is to provide a film which will give protection and decoration to the surface being painted. I’d delete and reinstall but another user said they’d tried this and it then wouldn’t accept their paid for subs details. The success of any paint application will be governed by a number of parameters, including, surface preparation, film thickness, climatic conditions prior to, during and after application, and methods of application. I’m awaiting a response from the developers about this, but having now read a lot of problems from other users with similar problems I fear it will not be resolved. I will have to try and get my subs money back as it’s only been a few days, hopefully Apple will assist, otherwise it’ll be my credit card company. I will happily revise my review if the company resolve the issue as when it was working, it produced excellent images. No reply from support which is very disappointing. I have tested all the crash scenarios and I have worked out where the problems lie.
